It might be, but I've run other UKTS files through it, and it hasn't happened before. It's just a bit strange.

Get someone to send a normal zip file to you - some virus checkers don't like e-mailed zip files at all

I take it it was the recipients server that bounced it? Try sending them any old zip file!

Huh. Hotmail thinks every Stoke Division update I get is a virus. I don't bother sending anything through it nowadays.
