Route Riter and coupling breaks

Post by MrHillingdon »

Having recently installed the latest version of Route Riter I can no longer find where I can sort out my damping and all that n/m/s lark to prevent coupling breaks. Have I missed it or is it no longer there?

Hi Paul,

The 'FIx .eng files' and 'Fix .wag files' options under Activities/Consists now fix all the Damper settings automatically, once that is run, all your Damping entries should be correct.

Make sure you have the latest version from my site or Yuri's site though, there were a few problems with some of the earlier ones.

Thanks Mike. I have downloaded the version which is at the top of the UK TrainSim home page which judging by the date on it seems to be up to date.

Yes, sorry for all the patches recently, I will upload a new full version here in a few days, there were some bugs in the full version, and since the release I have also had a lot of good suggestions from users which I have been gradually implementing.
