have to agree with you mattaf
i have never had any serious problems with downloading from ukts and any minor, small. insignificant unimportant download, or fourm falt has been fixed with in hours
i think only once has it lasted for a day or 2 so please give it a go
premium subscription is well worth it, it makes downloading very easy and you can always get what you want from the libery
im sure if Matt P was here he would appologise for anything that caused you problems and as how he could improve it, i have to say tho the non premium side is as fare as it can be with out draining resorces from the main site
I guess if you pay then you get a better service than if you dont, its the same old saying "You dont get owt for nowt in this world" and trust me ive tryed on may occations
i have to say tho that Matt P does an incredible job of keeping this site running in his spare time as he does have job to do and if i havent already done so must say he does an excelant job of it --- Keep up the great work Matt --- Im sure with out you and this site/fourm then the UK train simming community would die
ok moan mode over back to college work

Whilst I agree with depman2004 in some ways, it all depends on what you mean by downloading. Yes, big routes can be a pain, and I always get the CD if I really want the route. But being a premium subscriber allows downloading of all the other essential bits, like new versions of Route Riter or Train Store or additional stock or activities, and is worth it for this alone.
As one who is retired and therefore theoretically has all the time in the world I have the greatest admiration for those who run this site, in their spare time, and with no obvious financial gain.
