Before Christmas - but he's not specified which year... :)

Probably not this side of Christmas now. Ian Mac was working on some rolling stock for me and took a 2-week vacation, then Matt had to do some rolling stock physics tweaks and he took a 2 week business trip. :( But the rolling stock is now done (although Ian still has some more BR era stuff to do for me), Matt has promised he'll get round to the stock tweaks very soon, then the activity man has to write the second half of the activities, the team has to test them and we're done.

But it'll be before Christmas next year, or the year after that or...

it won't be long, unfortunately I have had so much to get on with since I got back from Australia it's not even had a chance to go in to the CD drive let alone anything more fancy like actually looking at it :)

Still, it looks like Thames Mersey is finally about ready for release now, our submission to PC Gamer to get some MSTS stuff on their cover disc is completed and now I can get the highworth stock sorted.

I'm off to Ireland for three days so I will bring the CD with me and work on it in the evenings! Ought to see it done really, nothing particularly taxing to be done, just lots of copy/paste :)

More than a ten stretch. More like a lifer let out with a pleading letter from the British Consul.

I'm all settled into the new house with both PCs set up and ready to go. As soon as I get the CD I'll be on with the activities. I could make a start with what I currently have, but I don't want to test the activities until I have all the correct physics (I've made that mistake before). I'm also thinking about writing a couple of documents to accompany the activities. The first will be a short historical narrative to link the activities together (e.g. you read about the construction of the line then drive the construction activities). The second will be a few useful hints and tips.

I think you've got my new address (Rickmansworth), but email me if you need it.
