I'm taking about the speedo graphic.

The guage is different to the UK version and goes up to 200 kph.
I dont think even Inverness drivers can get one up to 200 MPH. :D

The radio is also different.

Its probably a Dutch cab.

That said its still superb.

Hi

As long as that EWS version has the correct 'old' lights, and not the two round ones like Freightliner have on some of theirs, I'm a happy person!

I happy to say that the model looks stunning, however a class 66 can never sound good!

You win .... can't beat that :P

So long since I tinkered with an .eng file, I've forgotten most of what I learned.

Havent downloaded yet (next on my list!!)

But just a thought about the sounds..... is it possible that it could be there are too many simultaneous sounds for the 'default' sound config file? Used to happen to me on some of the LBE activities, when there was a lot of AI stock passing. This sorted it out -

Just an idea :)

Missing file

Post by patrickt »

Solved the problem by e-mailing the author. File was not missing, as such, but the cvf file incorrectly referred to it. He kindly sent me a replacement.

It's "hidden" in the "Post Subject" field which no one else around here uses.

I think the post subject function is kind of pointless on here, since the subject generally becomes clear as you read the posts.
