Are you changing all the file names? All the names in the .eng file, .wag file, etc etc???

You have to change several lines in the .eng file (wagon, shape, Name - which usually gets forgotten - and a couple of others), and the relevant lines in the .s and .sd files

Chris,

If you use ConText to edit the files, that has a facility for keeping two windows open side by side. Open your 'new' file and the 'old' one side by side, and you can compare. It'll be something small that's causing it - it always is.

Hallo!
Have you changed the names of some ace.-files? If you've done so you must uncompress and open the s-file (SFM or RouteRiter) and change the entries in the "images" part of the .s-file to the new names.

Keep on steamin'!
