I Have looked, as suggested, in the BVE files and the files you refer to are BANNER repeaters. So NOW what?

Well, in that case, I'm baffled! If you look through the SignalXX.bmp files, they should all also be British-type signals, with not a trace of yellow-over-green! Just one more thought - which version of BVE are you using? If it's v4, then I think converting to British signalling is a bit more complicated than just installing 'BRSigs' - I tried and failed .

Where is this signal? It sounds reminiscent of the former NY Central speed related signalling system (also tried out by the LMS at one time) now fairly standard in the US, which uses siglamps at differing heights to signify different route aspects, often on the same line - it's a peculiar concept and takes some understanding; I'm not sure I get it yet...

I'm fairly certain now that we're talking about the yellow-over-green aspect displayed by Japanese signals. Though I think I've seen US signals (and those strange LMS signals!) doing similar things, the Japanese ones are the ones supplied with BVE - and I was confused by this very signal at first!

It's very interesting and no real need to move it that I can see.

Thanks. I'll take another look - but I am not going to go mad about it. I am using the 2.6.3. right now. I think I shall leave the V.4, until it gets a bit more user-friendly. I think that the V.4 might attract some program to use BVE on the Raildriver - though I am not sure of that.

Sorry I've not been able to be more helpful . I'm leaving v4 for a while too - back to the old one for me!
