download problems

download problems

is anyone else haven problems with the download screen timing out ?

i have subscribed to a premiume account and now
when i click on a file to download,the new window
that opens just times out...

is anything im doing wrong or is everyone haven a problem

I had that problem before but I just exited Uktrainsim for a while and was back.
