I want this wireless 2mb connection :P (its got 2mb upload :o ) Pity its £450 a month though :(

hmmmm, well mine usually uploads instantly, but if youve got uploads going it slows it way down :-? . Im on 600k ntl (128k upload) which means I can only upload @ 14 kb/s.

I've just strarted working for Telewest and could have Broadband for nowt but I don't live in a Telewest-enabled area! :cry:

zen http://www.zen.co.uk do 1mb broadband and the service is excellent. voted best adsl isp quite a few times.

I've got unlimited downstream - pretty nifty, can get anything as fast as the lines will carry :P

Up 'till 3 years ago you could count the number of people who had b/band on the fingers of two hands, now it's the new sliced bread, and very soon so many people will have it that 600kb/s will seem like 56k is now.

We have had it since February 2000, started off at 512K the upgraded to 1MB and 2MB. It s a bit pricy at £50.00 a month but the bandwith is shared between 3 computers.

I have to admit I cant remember what 56K was like. :)
