Not nessacellery.
If you own your own website, upload the picture, or get the picture on the net somewhere (Geocities and free places are not too good for this).
Then copy the URL, so something like:
h t t p : / / w w w . yoursite.com/your_pic.jpg
Then click the IMG Tag above so you get {IMG} (but with []). Then paste your URL in there, then close the Tag.( {/IMG})
I think a tutorial has been done in the Screenshots forum.

1. Find a pic on the web, Say this pic

2. Right click on the pic to get the address.
http://www.uktrainsim.com/thumbs/commercial.jpg
3. Go to a post and press the Img button once
4. Paste the pic link
5. Press Img again to create a string of text like that shown below but without the X (I had to add it in otherwise it would have only shown the pic
and not the coding
[imXg]http://www.uktrainsim.com/thumbs/commercial.jpg[/img]
6. Note some websites do not allow their pics to be linked to external websites, Angelfire and Geocities spring to mind. If this happens you'll just end up with a red cross in a white box.
