Heard a whisper that some 205 / 207 rail tours are in the pipeline, anybody got anymore details?

Thats what I want to know as well, something like a farewell tour.

I'd be very sorry when they do go out of service, I will miss the 2005 Eastbourne to Selhurst ECS, I always make sure i'm in my back garden whatever the weather and wait for it to get round the corner and then open up to max speed.

I just love the sound.

The Thumpers sound wonderful they have a certain sort of chug about them. :D Someone should release a CD of diesel engine sounds.
