Online Railway video's/dvd's retailers?

Post by ForburyLion »

Can anyone recommend some good online stockists of railway video's and dvd's and mention any to avoid?

I'm interested in "Trainspotters 2004: The Great Western" which is apparantley available to pre order. (Hopefully on DVD)

I've tried searching online but have so far had no joy. My ussual first stops for DVD's, Amazon and play247 don't offer this type of specialist product.

Try amazon, they are normally quite cheap.

Try Ebay. I purchased two DVD's from there. One was a double combo pack. I paid 50$/US, plus 5$/US shipping. Bought them Friday, had them Monday. They were brand new, still sealed.

The same video's from the company would have been about 75$/US and 4-6 weeks delivery. All the other sites on the Web were out of stock, even though only 1 site beat that price, but shipping would have made them a little higher and I still would have had to wait 2-4 weeks.
