Scotsman will not be going abroad! Confermation in steam railway! Post more in a bit.

Well! I know not everythings true... But apparently, the NRM a more trustworthy source, says its against the law or something.

As a National Treasure, Flying Scotsman would be subject to the Governements Export Licensing Scheme.

Basically if the Government considers it a highly important national treasure they can block any moves to take it out of the country.

They use it quite a bit I think in relation to paintings etc.
