Let me transfer it into english for you :
"I wish the Great central railway never closed. if I didn't who would run it ? Would it be Chiltern who run the stretch from London Marlyebone to Aylesbury or Central Trains ? If they were I wonder if journey times would be quicker then those on the Midland Mainline"
Nick's Responce
The Great central should have never closed, infact they want to re open it check http://www.central-railway.co.uk I would think a new company would run it as the "Chiltern" franchise would be to Birmingham, Worcester etc. I would think journey times would be around the same maybe GCR slower as the route is more "Cross-Country" say from Leicester - Rugby then to London !
Hope the questions are answered

You have read it wrong, it says they hope the SRA aprove there idea to open the Great Central to the M1 / M6. Though the SRA are low on money atm, the WCML upgrade cost about £220,000,000 !

Yes but I was told they will also run to Leicester and another platform will be built why run up to the M1\M6 when there is no city there and nothing mutch to run to inless you want to build a big park and ride it was in the Leicester Mercury but they will run up to Leicester via a link to the Leicester to Birmingham line near south wigston
