What we need is Fusion reactors. They only cost 50,000 Simoleans and are 3 times as efficient as the Fusion reactors in Simcity .

Yes, but they are then invariably wiped out by UFOS

You'll be telling me there isn't such a thing as Fusion next, or that those unsightly satelite dishes on the sides of houses are for receiving television transmissions, and are not Microwave power plants capturing the more intense sunlight outside the Earth's atmosphere. For gods sake man, I managed to power the whole of Spankthemonkeysville by that source of power :P.

Ah, its your round great. A John Smiths, Caffries or a Boddies please.

I apologise. Its my pre-exam nerves. Instead of worrying or hitting the books I talk (mainly) or type . for hours trying to put off the impending doom that will follow if I balls up on this ultimately life changing test.

* I had a pint of John Smiths Original today. Is it supposed to be more like a bitter than its creamier Extra Smooth partner?

Peterborough. The New Town that wasn't properly designed by a planner but by a traffic technician's five year old son and a box of Crayola.

Twinned with Hades.

Enjoy.

Hmn, got to disagree with that...8 year old at least with a biro.

I think it's well planned TBH, but what do I know!

Serious head for a mo, rather than wind-up mode....

Actually Peterborough is quite good. You don't see the best parts from the railway line, but it works well as a city, which is what a properly planned settlement should. When I used to drive the A47, I never found Peterborough a problem to navigate. Leicester, on the other hand....

In fact, apart from some dodgy construction techniques, most of our new towns are ok. I actually like Central Milton Keynes.

Probably if I was a town/city dweller I would probably have gone to a new town.

At least they don't hang monkeys in Peterborough. That's King's Lynn's prerogative.

Despite my jokes I like Milton Keynes. The city centre is a joy, traffic jams are rare and it's as cleaner shopping centre as you'll find anywhere.

It's certainly never dull.

The 'concrete cows' are still a worry though  :D :D
