multiple horn sounds

Post by cadet200 »

it's so simple, i'm surprised that nothing has come of it...

horgy released a door sounds utility where you run a program in the background and press q (i think) to get door opening/closing sounds. if you replace these with two horn sounds and use it in conjunction with the normal horn you now have 3 different horns instead of one. eg. the sprinter package horn sounds twice yet the 86/87/90 sounds three times and i suppose you could stick the single tone kiha horn in too. i know i don't make it very clear but what i mean is that by doing this we can have a bit of variety.

Okay, create a download and i'll... well... download! :D

Also, I love your 80s style banner.

More great banners like this and less like that awful spooks one and this will actually look like a site for train fans.

if i could zacky, i would. i've not a clue about programming or sound mixing (to get the horns to sound similar) so i'm the wrong person to create this, might get someone who cawn do it though. glad you like the banner, relevant to the site and also from my favourite units :)

Do you know the file ID for these sounds, I've just done a search under "horgy" and looked through all the sound files but I could'nt find it.
