I'll be there on Saturday.
Here's an Idea for identifying people at events and such. Would it be too much to ask for some king of badge to included when ordering CDs and goods from Uk Trainsim? It doesn't have to have your name on or anything just the Uk Trainsim Logo and maybe a picture of a train. We could even have a competition to design a badge.

Horgy
Essex Radar: "Ryanair 445 Good Evening, Information Charlie current, confirm aircraft type is B737-800?"
Captain: "Well, we don't have anything else do we?"

I was going to make the same suggestion
Looks like I will be there Sunday - I'm still waiting for my (free) ticket to arrive
.
On the Saturday there are a couple of Railtours plus the steam specials to view.
I am informed - about the steam, that the last steam trip of the day Olton Hall, Doncaster to Hull, and Sundays Hull to Scarborough have both being cancelled as there is (belatedly) a question of whether the Hall will be out of gauge. Apartently some weeks ago Duchess of Sutherland worked to Hull & suffered damage in the Argyle Street Bridge area of the City.
So I am informed that until further notice anything that does not currently work into/out of Hull is banned. (This not only means steam, apparently).

Oh .!
I've just been over to Pathfinder Tours Website (they WERE the booking agents for the steam trips on Saturday). All the trips are cancelled " due to operational reasons". What they mean is that not enough people have put bums on seats.
