Just a quick one to see if anyone saw Tangmere in the Golden Arrow gear yesterday on the Wessex Trains railtour? I saw it at Headcorn with a class 73 directly behind the loco (anyone know why the loco was there? possibly due to its faliure last month on the Canterbury West run?) and its fleet of Pullman coulour MK 2 coaches. It was also doing making great time, just 5mins behind schedule. Be great to see Tangmere in TS!
