Do you like TGV trains ?

Post by ash888 »

I think the TGV trains are among the best in the world. They are smooth, comfortable, spacious and very very smart in my eyes. But i'm running a poll to see what you train fans think too.

Bore da, nos da, day, night, it's just too confusing.
Despite my best efforts I couldn't get Welsh lessons at my school.

They taught me French instead....

I agree with you too IKB the french stink considering we helped them two-faced sh*ts in the war and now they turn their backs on us. (Is that what they call gratitude? :x :x ) but the TGV is the only thing french I like though. ash888.

at least the French spend their money on decent trains and high speed lines than on illegal and immoral wars.

We should be more like France, Germany and Japan and less like the US.

Do we want to end up with high speed lines or end up like the US where the emphasis is on greed and going everywhere by car?

I wonder why some people are here, I didn't think right-wing pro-war for oil lovers would be particularly interested in trains, I thought cars would be more their thing.

isambardkingdombrunel the French aren't weasels. But I can think of someone who is a weasel

Can we less the racism around here please?

Personally I'm pretty impressed by anything which has exceeded 300 mph on rails.

I agree with you too yorkie2k but I'm trying to be on both sides. To clear things up i am not racist in any way I beleive in living and let living. all I'm doing is running a voting poll on who likes the TGV and who does not. I don't want this poll to turn into a war zone. 8) also i think we should have a TGV style network in the uk.

one more thing, if you don't like TGVs you don't like Eurostars as the Eurostar is based on the TGV. And if you don't like them you can't have travelled on them!!!

They are so comfortable, and quiet inside unlike those Virgin Voyagers, easily the most comfortable trains I've travelled on. And powerful too. Shame they don't run to York any more :(

No way has anyone who voted "No" been on a TGV!
