Hi Chaps
Three new activities in the MPD for this route now. The first - WAL – 7.55am Birmingham (Snow Hill) to Aberystwyth - has been uploaded to UKTS and we are waiting for Pete to release it.
Next two will be finished by Christmas Eve.
Cheers
Eric

Re: Cambrian 2 Route
Hi Eric
Thanks for the latest activity.
Cambrian 2 is indeed an excellent route, with some very nice scenery and stock, and it was great to have a new activity to show it off.
I ran this in Open Rails, and it seemed to work well, with no problems. I appreciate that your activities are not designed to work in Open Rails, but this is where I run all Train Simulator activities now - no crashes, stuttering, save problems, etc, and superb graphics.
I am looking forward to your next two activities for this route.
Thanks again
Mike

Hi Mike
Nice to hear from you again - Happy New Year to you and Di.
The other two activities in this Cambrian trilogy have been uploaded to Pete at UKTS, but obviously the holiday has interfered with their early approval for release.
Having completed those three, I am now working on a couple for another of Clive's neglected routes - BTB. These should be ready by New Years' Eve.
Cheers

Re: Cambrian 2 Route
Hi Eric
I have completed the Cambrian Trilogy in Open Rails (with an extension to Pwllheli - which is even harder to pronounce than to spell in my opinion!).
I had no problems and have enjoyed the three activities immensely.
It really is a beautifully detailed route, and a reminder of many happy (and wet) holidays in Wales.
Thanks for these, and I look forward to the BTB activities.

Hi Mike
Had a few problems with the first BTB activity, but happily, most are now resolved. It will be ready for upload shortly.
Glad you enjoyed those three for Cambrian 2 - I too love the route - most of it being within an hours' drive of our cottage. We still go to Market Day every Wednesday in Machynlleth.
Cheers
