There were similar shots on train-sim.com a while ago. From a FPS, forget which.

Nope, not MSTS 2..or Trainz Yardmaster...It is a computer game and it's out at Christmas. It's called 'Stalker'.

I'd thought I'd keep you lot guessing cos the actual screen shot had a gunman is, which I photo edited out. But anyway, this is the level of the computer games coming out this year.

The quote is from the guy that was in charge of MSTS 1 though in an interview on a website.

The text is lifted straight from an interview that took place on February 13th 2001 when the designer and planner were talking about the forthcoming release of MSTS! This is what the hound dog or is it bloodhound aka Snoop Doggy Dog, found out....
