Congratulations Matt / Sy!! :) Don't forget Matt, they soon take an interest in trains so you'll be able to have in depth conversations and go train spotting!

But be warned, they are easily brainwashed into being lifelong train nutters - this was my eldest, Sadie, at 3 and a half - she is now a Customer Service Manager for GNER and still blames me!

At least somebody in Basils family has taste *ducks*
Well done Matt.
You know like in the Lion King {yes i watched it  } when simba is born, his old man holds him up to the kingdom, and they all do the equivalent of cheering, i am sure with the amount of railwayman on here, it can be arranged for you to take cameron to the nearest depot, hold him up, and all the stuff on depot blows its horn, you'd probably have to change his nappy afterwards, but it would be interesting. Ok, back to my padded cell i go
Any ideas for a tribute to the latest addition to the site?
I that after every Matt has done for us lot over the past year and a bit more, we should show our appreciation.
Dont take this as me being an odd ball or anything, its meant as a suggestion.
