I'd be able to change them on Conbuilder for activity use.

Re: Do we have these wagons in MSTS?
I have sent Steve auto coupling versions of the wag files.
These are suffixed _au.
I also realised the the files were badly named and did not differentiate between the AV gas versions and any future petrol or diesel versions.
My fault entirely.
To fix this I added a name line to the wag file.
This will only show in the editor making it easier to find the wagons.
The sim uses the .wag file name so existing consists will not be affected.

If it's got buffers it's Chain.

Re: Do we have these wagons in MSTS?
I have reuploaded the file with the changes that Ian has kindly made, file ID remains the same but will just have to be re approved
.
Once again thank you Ian for the changes
The file now contains chain and automatic versions of couplings

I already have the previous version (without automatic couplings) As I personally only ever use Chain couplings for my UK stuff.
Do I need to redownload this file again? Have any other contents been changed?
Looking forward to running a freight activity with these tanks.
Cheers
Andy.

Re: Do we have these wagons in MSTS?
the contents have changed only to the fact auto coupler have been added and also the wagon have names to differentiate from chain and auto
so if you want to have the addition of autio couplings for any future activities then I would say yes or iff you change the activbies to use chain then maybe not hehe

No I will leave them alone as chain.

Re: Do we have these wagons in MSTS?
Is there any particular way to make up a consist of the tanks? Do they all have to face the same way (Ie ladder ends all facing same direction).
(For now I've cobbled together a consist of 20 tanks so I can get them into an act as AI.)

Re: Do we have these wagons in MSTS?
No reason for the tanks to face any direction.
They were often turned due to diversions and tanks would be swopped between sets during maintainance.
Your link in the first post shows the nearest two wagons with the ladders together.
I deliberately made two of the tanks facing the other way.
