RAT D7629 Headboard Issue

I got the download od D7629 as preserved to enable me to set up the RAT Day Activity for the WSR. No problems with this.

I've used the ELR Common 24/25 sounds and the 25_3 Cab.

There are 4 variants of D7629 in the download;
2xD7629 as preserved 2007
D7629 Full Yellow Ends
D7629 Tour 2006

It is this last one I have problems with. It is supposed to have a headboard-not I admit an area I am too clever at in terms of setting up.

I have used the invisible wagon but when I try to load up this version Of D6729 in TS it crashes.I don,t need it for the activity- i just made up consists using all 4 versions

Part of the engine file has the following and this is what the erreor messages seem to refer to.

FreightAnim ( RAT_Roadshow1.s 0.0 2.1 0.0 )
comment ( FreightAnim ( wwwd7629com.s 0.0 2.1 0.0 ) )

It appears there is a shape file problem.

Any ideas anybody?
