i finally got my scanner working with XP, so where do you think this is

little clue, these 25's are well off the beaten track, very rare where the photo was taken

Another little clue - the factories in the distance at the back used to have a big red sign saying Eli Lillys on it!

Actually Glyn was right in what he said in his PM, Lillys was nearer the station, thats the old Sainsburys...

correct they were 25124 and 25275 in basingstoke down yard, no'2 back siding in 1980

they had been working a freight from bescot to eastleigh and 25275 failed at bramley, so we sent a 47 to pull them in, took the 25,s off and the 47 took the train to eastleigh, much to the dismay of the saltley crew.
they went back light to saltley after the driver had his break.

Lillys is easily visible from the track, and about 2 minutes walk from where i work. Quite a nice building, especially in the morning sun.
