It would have been better if you posted this in the UK FineScale forum.
I've not provided an uninstall option, I'm wary of the uninstaller.
There is no harm in leaving UKFS files on your system, since the track selection list will always list all the track shapes in the tsection.dat file even if you don't have all of the shapes installed.
There are several key installation points:
1. make sure you have the shapes installed into the correct directory for MSTS (ie. c:\program files\microsoft games\train simulator). You can look for them in the \global\shapes directory of MSTS (they all start with 'ukfs').
2. make sure you have copied the UKFS textures into all the routes that use UKFS, including the snow subdirectory.
3. make sure you have the required tsection.dat build for UKFS
The first 2 points are vital since RE or MSTS will crash if files are missing, whilst the tsection.dat file will provide you with the list of track shapes available - if your version is too old, some/all UKFS shapes will be missing.
If you really want to remove UKFS completely, then you will have to:
Delete all the ukfs shapes (ukfs*.s and ukfs*.sd) from the /global/shapes directory.
Delete the UK FineScale or UK FineScale V3 directory from c:\program files.
Delete all the UKFS textures from your route(s) TEXTURE and TEXTURE/SNOW directories (ukfs*.ace)
The tsection.dat file must not be deleted.
