Diesel Weekend - April 11/12/13

2 of Ian Rileys class 37's will be visiting, as well main line class 40 D345. Midland Railway Centre (now Midland Railway Butterley) are sending up Peak 45133, Ews are expected to send a 56, Freightliner are supposed to be sending a loco and Virgin are sending a 57/3. A set of air braked stock will also be coming in.

Spring Steam Gala - May 10/11

Only guests this time are Ian Riley's 2 steam engines, black 5 45407 (still running as 45157) and BR Std 4 2-6-0 76079.

2 Great events there, both worth a visit too (I'm likely to be at both).

If there's no rush I might be able to get up there at the weekend, depends if i can get the puncture sorted on my bike. I should be able to get it from most angles. Anything else u might want while i'm up there?
