Looking for Sean Lim's Objects?

Good Evening, I am trying to locate a way to contact Sean Lim regarding the content he had at the now closed Hobo Junction Website? I am interested in obtaining all of his freeware scenery items he offered for download at the Hobo Junction Site. If anyone knows where I can find the content from the hobo junction site I would be most greatful! Anyone happen to have all of his items from 2006 that would be willing to share would be most welcome.
I have seen Sean Lim's beautiful content in screen shots and would love to use all of his content in my fictional shortline freight Ry set in the USA if I can find someone who can possibly help?
