MT Shop Problems Statement

Due to reasons currently yet unknown, no orders have been dispatched from the MT shop for several weeks.
At this time I am unable to clarify when / if orders might be shipped again in the future.
This effects both MT shop and Amazon orders.
I have no stock of my own which I could ship to outstanding orders, so I have no choice but to suggest the following :
MT orders that are not marked as dispatched will be cancelled and refunded in the next few days. Amazon orders are dealt with via Amazon, if the order has not been dispatched no money has been taken. I would suggest that Amazon customers also cancel thier orders.
Download orders will not be effected by this, I will authorise outstanding orders shortly.
I can only appologise for the frustration and delay to customer waiting for orders for several weeks, I am also frustrated and disappointed that the system appears to have broken down, and my enquiries have gone unanswered.
