Truescale NGG16

I've asked a simular question before, but fogotten the answer so here goes!
I've downloaded a rather nice south african 2ft gauge Truescale route, and need a decent steamer to run on it, i've got the x2 scale WHR NGG16 garrett, and want to know how to re-scale it to truescale, or even if someone who knows these things could do this, and subject to neccessery permissions release it on the site?
