Have you copied the complete contents of the TSUtils folder into BOTH Java classes folders (one in Program Files and one in Program Files (x86)?

G'day David, did you install all of these files?
RR7560FU.zip, the latest full installation of Route_Riter is Version 7.5.60
Rr2_v7618.zip is the update to Version 7.6.18 dated 26 Aug 2011 (requires a previous full install as above).
RR7624exe.zip is the executable only for Version 7.6.24 dated 08 Sept 2012 (requires a previous full install as above). Just unzip to a temp folder and copy the new Route_Riter.exe over the existing on in your Route_Riter folder to upgrade.
The last one I believe is a patch for win7 compatibility.
Also this is very important:-
The installer will also install the programs Aceit.exe and TGATools2a.exe (You should
ensure that these are installed into Program files\Route_Riter and not into
Program Files\Route_Riter\Aceit.
Hope you get sorted as it is a great tool.

RR worked OK a few days ago and I have made no changes or upgrades to it since then.

I have resolved this with Mike Simpson's help. The registration entry for the scrrun.dll file was corrupt and unregistering it and re-registering it solved the problem.

The appropriate License error is cause by DX8VB.DLL installed in the Windows \System32 folder .
do a google search for the file and install it in to that folder
then go to desktop start menu and in the run box type:-
regsvr32.exe dx8vb.dll and click ok
you should be advised that dx8vb.dll is now registered and should work ok
Had the same problem and E-mail Mike Simpson who gave me the information
