Post by JAMTHEMAN »

Hi all

I have a problem with the installation of the woodhead route...

It says to edit the install.bat file using wordpad or notepad but when i right click on the .bat it doesn't say open with.

Could anyone help or maybe send the updated and edited .bat file

Thanks in advance for any help

Cheers!

If you mean version 2.0 there's no need to edit the bat file. you just need all 4 downloads in the route folder then run the install. Good Luck.

Your getting the wrong woodhead version there. Version 2.0 doesnt need any editing, just unzipping.

As for having to edit the .bat file for version 1, or having someone send it to u edited, is of no point at all. The idea of editing it is so that its custom to ur system. U type in where u want it to install. If someone sent it to u, it would be setup to their system and not urs.

you need to run the bat file first, then install the updates.
