Presflos for Felixtowe Activities

Thank you Bob for a very enjoyable series of activities. Unfortunately (?) the 31's had mechanical problems and were not available for this shift and were replaced by a rusty 9F!

What was the nature of 'mechanical problems'? Or was it that you preferred a steam loco
