Warrington Railways Decision Time

I am at the stage with Warrington Railways where I'm about to make it into a much bigger route. But I can't really decide what to do and where to go to.
There are a few options. Option 1 would mean a second version of the route would be available in late spring or summer. Option 2 would mean doing a bit more work and leaving the finish date until summer and beyond.
Option 1:
I continue the WCML a little south from Weaver Jnc where I'm at now to Hartford and Acton Bridge. Then built the Liverpool mainline to Allerton and built the depot and Cheshire lines route towards Mancheser as far as Warrington Central.
Continue the WCML north to Preston and leave it there for future releases. This option would mean the low level line would go right through to Ditton and the Helsby line would join the Liverpool ml by Halton Jnc (These parts have already been started). The Folly lane branch to ICI Runcorn would be built too. But it would still leave quite a few bare ends like at Ince Moss, Wigan Wallgate and Allerton.
Option 2
Do all the above plus take the Liverpool Main line towards Edge Hill and possibly Lime St. Create the L&M Liverpool-Manchester line so it joins up at the already present St Helens Jnc. Take the Huyton-Wigan line through St Helens Central (this would join at Ince Moss) and built Sutton Oak branch. Also build the Rainford branch so you can actually go somewhere from Wallgate. And the most final one is take the Helsby line to Chester and built Stanlow Refinery and Ellesmere Port.
I am the fastest route builder and most of this is just pie in the sky at the moment. Does anyone suggest I extend elsewhere or are you happy which what I have in mind?
You can keep up to date with the current extention here http://johneyres.tripod.com/newms.htm which at this moment is around Ditton & Runcorn as this part has been confirmied.
