Thanks .... I guess its hard coding again.... :-?

I did put the instructions

MonitoringDeviceTriggerOnTrackOverspeed( 1 )
MonitoringDeviceTriggerOnTrackOverspeedMargin( 15 )

into the diesel set ..... and the brakes activated .... but the warning light still didn't... :(
