Geting hold of EB

Hi all
Dose anyone know how to get hold of EB as I installed the 2 patches for West Coast Express and they screwed up Cross City

I was going to give the link to the support part of the EB site but it appears to only have fixes on it, no contact option.

when you say "screwed up" can you be a bit more descriptive?

I've not encountered any problems - it maybe that you need to install WCE then the patches then Cross City?

Hi
I installed WCE, Cross City and then the patches and when I went back into activity editer the platform markers and paths for Cross City have disappeared
so I tried to reinstall Cross City but my back up cd wont work

So I need to get hold of EB to see if they will send me another.
