Was closed for a few years but in recent years completely refurbished, converted to real ales these days though - an oasis in a beer desert!

Totally off topic. Full Moon, Crown, Seven Stars, Golden Fleece,Royal Oak, Belvoir, two pubs at Brougham Hayes whose names i forget, Green Tree, and now a long walk to the Midland (a glorious pub opposite Bath Green Park full of old photographs and memorobilia?).jimmyladd wrote: Aint this place is it?
