Tim has already been done. I assume Paivi is who you were talking about re the CD's? The only criteria that was in place for these was that the person concerned has done something which has benefitted the site or the users or that people from here would know them...

Someone will have to order a whole lot more engines to cater for everything! :)

Yeah, shes' the one :).

Hmm... putting names of BVE developers on MSTS locos may not be the best idea, so i'd not use AB/SG/RG (above).

Ah, I wondered who they were... :D Not that BVE is the enemy of MSTS of course!
