Route not working

Hi all.
This is my msts home screen when trying to load a route. Does anyone know why i might be getting this result? I am trying to load NWE v2.1 after installing the patch. Prior to installing the patch this route works fine and i can use it to drive trains or use the tutorials. It is not activity specific and will come up with this msts home screen even in explore mode. However, to run any activities for v 2.1 i havve to have the patch installed as the track database is changed. Can anyone offer any advice? I have had this problem for some time now. Are you using Train Store.

As all greyed out selections means, MSTS can't find any routes with valid paths to load.

Yes im using trainstore. My installation is quite extensive so trainstore is a MUST!!!

As Jon says, it looks like you dont have any paths unstored. I'd try an unstore all within trainstore and then pcik an activity ro run.

I have tried uninstalling everything in trainstore then selected an activity from the NWE v2.1 route. Once loaded i get the same problem.
I have tried opening up the route in activity editor to create paths for the route but i get an error saying failed to load track database before activity editor crashes and shuts down on its own accord.

Then something has gone wrong on the installing of the patch.
