There is a new version of the patch.

If you have already installed Patch3, download this new version and install it over the original version.

If you have not downloaded the older version, just download this new version and install it.

It includes some minor revisions and two new activities. The download filename remains the same.

Thank you David.

The patch installed with no problems, and I have completed two of the new activities over the Leek to North Rode section of the route.

The scenery and infrastructure over this section is superb, and in keeping with the high quality of the rest of the route.

My thanks to all contributors of scenery, stock and actvities.

Regards
Mike

There is another new version of the patch.

If you have already installed Patch3, download this new version and install it over the original version.

If you have not downloaded the older version, just download this new version and install it.

An extract from the readme file detailing the modifications is shown below:
Correction of general signalling, sound and cabview inconsistances (with the help of Gerald Saunders and David Richtmyer).

Please also take note of the track_sounds.rtf file in the “Installation Instructions and Readmes” folder for some additional information on track sounds. Note that track sounds have been reset to the default by this patch. If you use Railwaves track sounds, follow the instruction detailed in the readme file refered to here to reset them to Railwaves.

Thanks very much for the update.

I have just run the Rudyard Lake activity, and I was very impressed, as usual, with the scenery. The use of photographic textures on the buildings, and the intelligent use of single sided scenery, makes it all look very realistic. The use of berms on the track and the way the trackside is properly finished is an example to anyone wanting to make a great route. Even the trees are varied and interesting,

Nice job!

Geoff
