Re: LOCO DOWNLOAD
The quick question in reply is -- "Have you got a consist which includes this loco?" Some downloads include a consist file for the loco ( or loco and tender if it is a tender loco) If you do not have such a consist file, or if you have one and it is not in the consists folder, you will have to make a consist, or copy the consist file from the loco folder, and put it in the Consists folder.

Re: LOCO DOWNLOAD
You say you have downloaded into the Trainset folder - is that what you mean, or have you installed it following the readme? Perhaps you could tell us the UKTS file number that you have downloaded so we give you more detailed advice.PGH60 wrote:I have just downloaded my first steam loco from the site into the trainset folder. It shows up in the folder but when i go into the consist editor i cannot find it. Re: LOCO DOWNLOAD
The zip contains a folder '92220 Evening Star 9f 2-10-0' - within that is a folder '92220'. That folder should be extracted into your Train Simulator/Trains/Trainset. If you have done this correctly you should be able to find the Train Simulator/Trains/Trainset/92220 folder.
You will also need to install the 2 cylinder soundset:
This is what the readme says:
Installation:
Unzip the folder to somewhere on your desktop.
Copy the folder 92220 into your trainset directory.
Use the MS Activity Editor or whichever consist building programme you use to make a light engine consist.
The loco will be found in the steam section and the tender in the freight section (named92220 Tender).
The cabview is my original 9F upload so you should have no problems.
Sounds are aliased to the 2 cylinder soundset UKTrainsim File I.D. 2910.
