VACUUM BRAKES ON STEAM LOCOS

Is there a patch anyware to slow the braking down a bit the needle in the gauge moves far too fast even when braking at a minimum. Thanks

Are you leaving the brake lever in the on or apply position, if so the brake force will continue to increase until you have reached maximum. You need to apply a little braking then return the brake to the running position. You can then always apply more braking (or release) if necessary, returning to the running position each time.
