I seem to be experiencing a problem downloading at the moment, when I try to download any file from UKTrainsim I click to download get the message on my browser that it's connecting but then nothing happens. I do have premium access. it can't be any problems my end because I can still download from other sites.

Hi Dave
Instead of left-clicking on the download button, right-click and use the SaveTarget as... option. I have to do this.....don't ask me why, I've no idea!

Hi Dave, as Doug says I always right clicked to save and after directing the save to the folder where I want it to go, I open it and click on save the file.
I have never had any trouble with any downloads using this method.

Sounds like something to do with the browser, I didn't have to do that with Firefox when I had premium...

That'll be because with FF you don't need to right click and Save Target As.. As FF saves downloads directly to your desktop by default.

Unless you tell it to do otherwise of course...
When i used to use Safari and IE, i always had to right click and save target as, tbh i only got FF because im lazy!
