I have just downloaded Blaenau Transformer and checked it using Activity Analysis but when I come to run it I get the warning notice Failed to initialize car<200254> RigidBody . If I click OK the programme stops. I'd be grateful for any advice please.
Thank you

Re: Blaenau Transformer
Hi Peterjay, do a search on this forum for the "Paddington to Penzance Route" dated 01/nov/2007, down the replies is one question from me and the help I got from Robert in Nottingham which highlights this error message.
Read it and do what he suggests and afterwards re-save the Activity in AE and this will remove the problem.

Re: Blaenau Transformer
Hi Peter,
Unfortunately I have not downloaded that Activity yet.
Just in case you haven't found the Thread/Post that Bob mentions, it will say something along these lines.
This error occurs when there is an item(s) of 'Static Consists' that are too close to the Buffer stops and require repositioning in AE. These are giving the errors.
The only answer (unless someone else has found the errant item) is to open AE and search the Route 'Path' for an item or items that have been placed too close to the Buffers.
When found, move the Consist (or Consists) slightly away from the Buffers and re-save the Activity in AE again and exit.
The Activity will now load and run if the above has been carried out correctly.
It happens even after the Activity has been tested because MSTS runs a little dissimilar on different speced P/C's
Hope you get all sorted and if you find the errant item(s) perhaps you will Post back on here to assist others.
Edit: Thanks for the mention Bob.

Hi Peterjay,
If you would like to PM me with your email address, then I could mail you back an amended .APK file with any suspect loose consists moved back from the buffers.
Cheers

Re: Blaenau Transformer
I ahve emailed Peter an amended version of the activity which he can now load.
If anyone else has this problem they can PM me with their email address and I will send them the amended version.
I've no idea what the culprit was, as I just shifted back anything that looked like it was vaguely near a buffer stop.
