I'm probably gona be told there is already a thread about this, but whats the best way to re-skin a train in MSTS? I have made some activities and i now wanted to expand in to re-skining models, at first just for myself to see how they go, of course i will ask permission from the model builders where possible

Hi

PSP is not a free program. You may use it freely during the trial period but beyond that, you'll need to register and pay. There are however many freeware graphics programs available and, although they may not all be as fully-featured or do the job as well as packages such as PSP, it's a matter of choice and budget. Generally, you get pretty much what you pay for, so it really depends how much quality you are looking to achieve.

You may be able to get an earlier version of PSP free. I got PSP v7 a couple of years ago with a pack of CD-R's in PC World.

Google for GIMP - open source software that does pretty well everything that Photoshop or PSP can do.
