How do I start the 390 in the wect coast add on released today.

I have tried the normal stuff (re-setting panatgraph, pressing 'z', releasing the brake andsetting the reverser) but I can only reach 1.4mph

Please help

Hi . Had no bother, just remember it is a combined Brake/accelerator so just press D to about 20% and wait,Pantograph is already up.

I've just tried it, and I just roll. I have the Bin patch installed, but the ammeter in f5 (x3) says 0, meaning there is no electric current. Has an update for the bin patch been released recently (about 6 weeks)?

Hi Mark, I am using BIn Patch WIP V 1.7.081920, At the moment there as been no adverse comments about it.

PS , I am just trying to up load another screenshot using the 390 passing Birmingham Airport doing about 90mph

Got the same issue here with the EB Pendolino - It just won't go anywhere regardless of what i do with it. Doesn't matter anyway - Replacing it with the freeware version as thats far nicer anyway )

Not the only one's guys. Not working for me either. Feel better now but like jennings, i'm replacing with the real mcoy!!!

Hi , Mark or Brian, Do me a favour. Have a look in your Main trainset folder and see if there are two folders
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\TRAINS\TRAINSET\EB_WCML_390
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\TRAINS\TRAINSET\EB_WCML_390_DRAGGED
Just wondering if they have some how got mixed up because the DRAGGED one is not powered.

Yeah, and re-tried, but still no luck.

Also, is the freeware 390 supposed to have really poor breaks (0.5mph on every track monitor update, rather than the 1/1.5 i'm used to)

Yep, no need to worry now mate, updated the bin patch and it works, brakes on the IC 390 are impressive too.

Whats the ID of the 390 that works on WCML cos I've got the same problem!! Can't get Pendy to move , also the "night" one doesn't move either so need one for that as well!
I have got a 390 in my Train Folder (no idea of its ID) but the "combined handle" doesn't work so when I swopped it over with EB one to get the activity working I get no indication of throttle or brake settings
