PLEASE HELP with London Underground District Line

I downloaded UKTS 15814 District Line Beta1A kit. Everything was going okay while installing, until I was refered by the readme to install 'installme.bat'. I dont think that worked at all, as for every file it said access denied. When I started up MSTS, district line showed up in my list of routes, so I tried using it, but it shuts off MSTS saying: Failed to open texture file....Routes\DistrictLine\envfiles\textures\rain.ace
Hoping someone can help me please
Thanks in advance

If your running Windows Vista, you should run installme.bat as administrator. If your XP or any other I'm not sure!

Right click the installme.bat file and click run as administrator. Its quite simply and click yes to any thing that pops up. If not ran as administrator, the installme.bat file doesn't have permission to copy files. Thats why MSTS says that its got missing files.

I tried exactly as you said, but this time, instead of saying access denied to each file, it said 0 files found???? I really don't understand this lol Is there something else maybe wrong with the actual file? Ty for your help

you have to run Installme from the ultimate destination directory, ie train sim\routes\district or whatever, as they usually use relative paths.

Visit this page:
http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic.php?t=68409. I had the same problem with Dorset Coast V4. I'm running Vista Home Premium. Just follow those instructions but with District Line Folder. Might work!
