Hi All

when u see screenshots of other engines passing each other say on the severn valley railway how do you make them in steam and look like they are real and are going

With the game as it is.....the other engines need to be AI traffic and have to be moving.

Alternatively, the MSTSBin patch has...or may shortly...make stationary engines smoke. Check the MSTSBin section for news, etc.

how come when i have poistnened the western ranger it keeps on smoking

You need to position it as a dead engine. It's a different .eng file (opr more likely a .wag file).

RouteRiter will make one for you. These files usually begin with a $ symbol. AI .eng files usually begin with a # symbol.
