would you please stop posting in capital letters - it is considered the equivalent of shouting.

Hi Chris, Which Conbuilder are you using, Conbuilder or Conbuilder_Lite.

When conbuilder has loaded, look along the options, the end one is help, click on that, and on help again, and its all in there.
