Hi and welcome; while you're waiting for your MSTS and the U-bahn to arrive, have a trudge through the file library, the CD ordering section, and these forums.
Then wonder just what you might have let yourself in for - this can be the most frustrating, annoying, vexing, testing, patience snapping hobby going - but it's also one of the most fascinating and addictive. It will, at times, drive you to distraction - but it will also give you countless hours of enjoyment, fairly stress free (certainly compared to average 'arcade' shoot-em-up criminal-warrior-terrorist-hoodlum game common on consoles) and extremely inexpensive to add on to. If anything, one day you'll check your hard-drive and find you suddenly have no space on that humungous drive you had it upgraded to from new - and "Microsoft Games" is taking up two thirds of the drive's space...

There's no cure by the way; either give in to it and hope to find a sympathetic/understanding wife/fiancee/significant other/partner or realise it's an addiction and just force yourself to leave it alone.

Have a wonderful time...
